We inherit all the thoughts and actions of our parents. They influence our likes and our dislikes, our instincts and our habits. We carry burdens of which we are unaware.

Thanks for commenting on my post RB. I totally agree with you that we have to find the courage to follow our own thoughts and actions.
However, I was also alluding to something else in this post (although I was being a bit too cryptic). I was alluding to the epigenetic theory that we might inherit the memories of our parents and ancestors in our cells and that these memories can influence our thoughts and actions through our subconscious.
